LRD is also planning to create a database of policies negotiated by safety reps, to help share good practice. They would be very grateful if you could send them any of the following:

* health and safety policies on particular issues that union safety reps have negotiated in your workplace;
* examples of health and safety improvements won in your workplace because of union safety reps' intervention;
* examples of industrial action over health and safety matters; and
* examples of how you have used enforcement agencies such as the HSE to secure improvements.
