Safety representatives and safety committees: 'The brownbook'
The TUC have published the Regulations, Codes of Practice and guidance relating to safety representatives and safety committees.
These are the Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1977 and the Health and Safety Consultation with Employees Regulations 1996. These regulations apply to England, Scotland and Wales.
